Ambady Constructions ventured into the field of building construction in Bangalore in 1983, by venturing into flat construction. The company then moved to Kochi in 1986 and since then has completed many projects in and around Kochi. The various projects constructed include residential buildings, commercial complexes and housing colonies in Cochin, Kerala.

After almost forty years of hard core construction business, many travels abroad and experiencing hospitality world over; Menon has ventured into the exciting new arena of the hospitality industry in Kerala with the establishment of Ambady's Palmgrove Club, a waterfront apartment hotel in Cochin.

The company's motto is to ensure that the focus is on creating eco-friendly, budget habitation environments where man and nature co-exist in peace.
